Development of rotary massage machine “NINA”
FIT SYSTEM, s.r.o. ordered the development of their “NINA” fitness machine at our company. The consultations we had, as well as the tender documents, made it clear to us that the structural parts, if possible, should be designed from easily recyclable materials.
The aim of the development task was to develop a massager with the easiest possible production. The detailed objective of the development task was to develop a simple supporting frame and to find a suitable solution for storing the electric motor and torque transmission with a suitable transmission to the massage rollers.
The task was carried out between June and July 2023 and was completed at TRL7 level, having carried out all prototype tests on a digital prototype. We also delivered all assembly and production documentation.
This development task was funded by the client and copyright owner, FIT SYSTEM, s.r.o., by providing non-refundable financial contribution in the form of innovation vouchers from the NP ZIVSE program, contract number ZoIP_SK3_122_0008.
