Development of door hinges for electric light commercial vehicles
The objective of the development task was to create door hinges for small commercial vehicles that would allow the doors to open to a 270° angle, as specified in the tender. Additionally, the hinges were required to facilitate locking at a 90° angle. Testing the hinges, as per the UNECE Regulation No. 11, was also part of the project.
The development assignment spanned from January to April 2022, with the project being completed by the end of April 2022.
The project achieved the required TRL6 level, encompassing the successful completion of all prototype testing on the digital prototype and the delivery of the initial set of door hinge prototypes.
