Our aim was to verify the design of the technology for the current variant of casting the pump housing, and the subsequent proposal of measures to change the technology. Another goal of the works was to achieve deformations within the prescribed tolerances. As part of the works, two variants of the technology were implemented to guide the olidification of the casting. The development task was carried out between August and September 2024, and was completed at TRL7 level by the end of September 2024, having carried out all prototype tests on a digital prototype, including the necessary verification tests on real prototypes.
