Development of manufacturing process of the supporting part of a fitness machine using bending technology
The purpose of this development task was to develop a manufacturing process based on sheet metal bending technology for the production of the load-bearing parts of the fitness machine. As per the tender documentation, the load-bearing parts of the machine (left and right skeleton, skeleton cover, joints ) are to be manufactured by cutting out the appropriate shape from sheet metal (blank sheet creation) and subsequently bending it into the desired shape.
This development task was funded by the client and copyright owner, MEPS, s.r.o., by providing non-refundable financial contribution in the form of innovation vouchers from the NP ZIVSE program , contract number Z_IP_SK_121_0262.
